 One day, I was surprised to find out that commercial ice cream contains a huge amount of sugar and fat.

 After that, I started making ice cream at home.


 The very ingredient I remember was dried persimmon.

In particular, the combination of dried persimmon and tomato was exceptionally good!

Aronia Pine Nut Ice Cream


Aronia Pine Nut Ice Cream made at home


 The texture of the Aronia pine nut ice cream I made this time was rather thin as I made the ice cream by collecting ingredients that can be used right away at home.


 There were not enough ingredients to increase the viscosity, so the ingredients in this ice cream sank a lot to the bottom. Still, I'm going to share an ice cream recipe I made here.

milk, fresh cream, walnuts, pine nuts, aronia powder, plum syrup, apple jam



It is best to take it out of the freezer and stir it well once or twice before freezing fully. 


I should try adding other ingredients instead of whipped cream.


Making it a little less oily is the task for the future.

Tricolor Yogurt Ice Cream


Three kinds of yogurt ice cream made at home


1. Yogurt + Aronia + Banana

2. Yogurt + Tomato + Banana

3. Yogurt + Melted Choco Chunks + Banana


 In yogurt-based ice cream, ground ingredients such as aronia powder did not sink to the bottom, and the overall viscosity was maintained properly.


 By using yogurt, I was able to make soft ice cream without cream.


 Healthy ice cream with less sweetness and less fat!

Mango Lentil Ice Cream


 Since a few years ago, I have been making ice cream at home instead of buying commercial ice cream that contains a lot of sugar and saturated fat.


 In particular, if you add legumes, you can make more nutritious ice cream by mixing the ingredients well and increasing the viscosity.


 It is mango ice cream with boiled lentils.

[Mango Lentils Ice Cream Ingredients]

frozen mango, boiled lentils, milk, frozen banana (optional)



 Put frozen mango, boiled lentils, milk and frozen banana (optional) in the blender.


 You can adjust the amount according to your taste,

In particular, the amount of milk should not be too small for the mixer to work.


 Put all the ingredients in the blender and leave it for about 10 minutes to grind it better. After the frozen mango is slightly melted, turn the blender.


 You can make great homemade ice cream with good nutritional value, viscosity and softness.
