What kind of exercise is right for you

To live a healthy life, you need to have good thoughts, eat good food, breathe fresh air, and do exercise that is good for your body.

Exercise is one of the many factors necessary for a healthy life, but it cannot be overlooked because it's absolutely essential to keep fit.

There are many different ways to exercise to keep your body healthy.

Walking, running, jumping rope, swimming, fitness, tennis, yoga, mountain hiking, etc. The range is very wide, from what anyone can do on their own anytime to things that you have to pay money and go to a specific place.

Nowadays, modern people are immersed in a lifestyle that has no choice but to have weak legs and bad knees and back before they are even in their 30s. If your knees and back are in bad conditions, you have no choice but to exercise less.

In the end, you end up in a vicious cycle of harming yourself with the exercise you choose to reduce pain and stay healthy. In this case, especially in the middle-aged, recovery is very slow, so it may be worse than not having started working out.

In general, when choosing exercise for each age group, young people can set goals related to their appearance, and body figure and shape, and middle-aged people also decide on exercise to match the goal of maintaining health and leisure. Some people choose certain sports because of business relationships.

However, most of you must have experiences in that even if you choose and practice certain exercises, you will not easily become a healthy body. You may see someone with a muscular body, register for the gym with envy and end up not going to the gym in three days, which is needless to say. Even if you devote yourself to exercising hard, it's not that simple, though. You might injure your knees or have pain in the soles of your feet while practicing marathon recklessly because you heard that it's good to keep healthy. You may also have experienced diseases that cause pain in the knees and back while hiking, and started exercising that is good for diet and then suffered the yo-yo phenomenon due to temptation to food or other factors.

Therefore, those who have certain diseases or are at risk of diseases such as obese people, arthritis patients, people with pain in areas such as back or knees should choose exercise carefully considering their physical condition and disease.

However, there are so many types of exercise, and most of them have no choice but to look at other people's experiences or data, because they do not know the pros and cons of each and have not experienced what it will be like for their body.

In conclusion, although setting one's own goals is important,  don't put too much motivation ahead. Choose a type of exercise that does not overburden one's age and physical condition without losing interest, and work out to strengthen the lower body and lower back muscles in daily life. And if you do it consistently, you can maintain a healthy body.
