I'll draw the side of human body.

The spine looks like an S-shaped, and below it, there is the sacrum.

Make a circle with one hand, stretch your back backward as much as possible, so that you keep the normal shape of your spine.

Likewise, make a big circle with the other hand, and bend your lower back backward as much as possible when pulling the hand.

When bending backwards, do it as slowly and large as possible.

Do 'Disk Spinning' for both sides, 10 times for each in a day.
