[Ingredients]


Burdock root

Dried anchovy

Garlic

Ginger

1 cup of water

6 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 tablespoons of plum plum

1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide

2 tablespoons sugar

Soju(Korean distilled liquor) or wine

[Recipe]


Peel the burdock root and cut it into bite-sized pieces.


Chop garlic and ginger for anchovy stir-fry.


Add 1 cup of water, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 plum plums, 

1 oligosaccharide and boil the burdock root.


Boil until there is little water and put it in a bowl.


Put soju in dried anchovies and dry the air fryer 180 degrees for 5 minutes.


Add oil, garlic, ginger and chopped burdock root.


Add anchovies and walnuts, stir for 1-2 minutes over medium heat 

and add 2 tablespoons of sugar just before the end.
